Loan Application
1. Please have these Documents ready before you apply.
These documents to be prepared for Applicant and Joint-Applicant (If required) are as follows:
a. Applicant (FDH) with Bank Account in Philippines to receive the net loan proceed
Front & Back Image of ID
If you are oversea foreign worker (FDH), please use the work pass.
ID must contain the following:

Your Name
-
Your Photo
-
Your Date of Birth
-
Your ID No.
Image of your face & your ID
Take a photo of yourself with your ID.
Make sure the photo captures:

both your face and your ID
-
ID information are readable
Recent Bills
Scan the most recent bill showing clearing the valid residential address (with your name) where you stay at the moment.
Complete the Application Form
b. Applicant (FDH) with Joint-Applicant in Philippines to receive the net loan proceed
Front & Back Image of ID
Joint Applicant's must contain the following:

Joint Applicant's Name
-
Joint Applicant'sPhoto
-
Joint Applicant's Date of Birth
-
Joint Applicant's ID No.
Image of your face & your ID
Take a photo of Joint Applicant with her ID.
Make sure the photo captures:

both her face and her ID
-
ID information are readable
PaySlip or Payment Voucher
Scan the most recent 3-month payslips. Payslips or equivalent should show the following:

Company Name, Address and contact no.

Joint Applicant's Salary Amount and respective deductions.
Recent Bills
Scan the most recent bill showing clearing the valid residential address (and Joint Applicant's name) where she stays at the moment.
Complete both application for Applicant Only and Joint-Applicant
